(2) Does ITavail provide comprehensive training?
No. Comprehensive training is expensive and much of it is theory-based.
ITavail offers focused industrial training, enough for everyone to start working and improve as they grow.
(3) How long does ITavail training take?
Depending on the subject level (basic, intermediate or advance), average training is 10 classes.
Example: if your class is once a week, it will take 10 weeks (2.5 months) one level.
(4) How much does ITavail training cost?
Depending on the subject, ITavail's can varies from RM 100.00 onward per class.
Example: if you have 10 classes, the total might be RM 1000.00 or more.
There is a RM 50.00 one-time non-refundable registration fee and a RM 100.00 assessment fee.
(5) Do you provide certification?
Yes, we offer two certificates:
A Certificate of Attendance when you finish all the classes.
A Certificate of Achievement when you pass our one-to-one assessment.
(6) What other services does ITavail offer?
Our primary service is providing focused IT industrial training.
We also offer affordable IT solutions (developed by our students and internal team) and consultation services that connect IT companies with our trained, job-ready candidates.

Our trainers are IT veterans with minimum five years experience in their specific fields

Our training is suitable for everyone with a passion to learn, regardless of age.
From curious beginners who want to test their interest in IT, to non-IT professionals looking to improve their team management skills, and current IT students seeking specific subject mastery.
(9) What are the prerequisites for joining this training?
You need a laptop with a working camera, an internet connection, a basic command of English, and a strong commitment to learn.
For basic subjects, there are no prerequisites.
For subjects with prerequisites, you can learn them with us as you grow.
(10) Is the training available online, in-person, or both?
All of our training is online using popular open-source solutions accessible by all.
We do conduct in-person or one-to-one training upon special request.
(11) How many students are in a class?
Our normal classes have a maximum of 10 students to ensure focus and personalized attention.
All our assessments are conducted one-to-one, with different questions for each student.
(12) Can my future employer verify my certificate?
Yes, they can access our online portal, the URL is printed on the back of the certificate.
They may enter your student code to review your academic transcripts.
(13) What specific skills are taught?
